Napoli blasts Boston to one game from the World Series

Mike Napoli only hits home runs, Mike Napoli is two for nine this ALCS but his two hits have clear the home run boundaries at Fenway Park and Yankee Stadium along with the six runs driven in.

Napoli gave the Red Sox a five nothing lead in the sixth with the home run, the second Tanaka had allowed in game three of the ALCS, Sandoval had gone deep in the first inning.

Clay Buchholz allowed one run on seven hits in seven and a third inning but the Boston gave the home crowd hope allowing the Yankees to get within two before Uehara posted his first save of the series after winning the first two games.

Boston are 3-0 up, and thoughts must go to the ALCS of 2004, can the Yankees do what the Red Sox did (and no body before or since) and come back to progress to the world series?
